All classes include hands on assists and adjustments and conclude with a refreshing eucalyptus towel. The Sanctuary is candle-lit and mirrorless.

Semi-Private class sizes never exceed three (3) students, giving you individualized attention to enhance your yoga class experience at The Sanctuary.
