We will arrange the class to meet your specific needs and desires, however you are welcome to select one of the existing offerings for your session which includes: Restorative Yoga + Sound, Yin Yoga + Sound, Sound Bath Meditation, Deep Stretch, Gentle Flow + Restore, Vin + Yin, and Vinyasa.
